Asian Congress 2018

1st Asian Studies Congress

The Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures at Adam Mickiewicz University, Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Police College will hold an international Congress devoted to Asian linguistics, literature, culture and social sciences. Our aim is to provide a forum for discussion in those scientific fields and to facilitate integration between scholars from all around the world. The conference will be held over 3 days, from 13th to 15th July (Friday-Sunday) 2018 in Poznan, Poland.

The Congress will include the following Conferences:
3rd International Conference on Indonesian Language, Literature and Culture
5th International Conference on Korean Humanities and Social Sciences – Language, Literature, Culture and Translation
1st International Conference on Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese Language, Literature and Culture
However, we also invite speakers dealing with other Asian languages.

Presentation slots should not exceed 30 minutes (20 minutes long presentation plus 10 minutes for questions). Power Point presentations are invited. Papers from the conference will be published after positive reviews.

Registrations should be submitted to the following address:
The abstracts should be sent by 28th February 2018.
Abstract acceptance notification: 10 March 2018.
Submission of full papers: 30 June 2018.

Conference fee with accommodation (The fee covers accommodation for 4 nights from 12 till 16th July):

Early payment by 30 March 2018: €250.
Payment from 21 March to 20 April 2018: €300.
Payment after 21 April or on arrival: €350.

Conference fee without accommodation:
Early payment by 28 February 2018: €180.
Payment from 1 March to 10 April 2018: €230.
Payment after 11 April or on arrival: €280.

The conference fee includes the cost of the conference gala dinner, 3 lunches, tea breaks and publication of papers after positive double-blind reviews.

No registration can be processed unless a copy of the bank transfer is attached.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: by bank transfer.
No partial registration is envisaged, so it will not be possible to register for just one or two days. All bank charges are to be borne by the participant.
We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellations the conference fee is not refunded. However, the contributors may submit their papers.
